dr. L. (Lana) Askari

After her studies liberal arts & sciences at University College Utrecht and anthropology at Cambridge University, Lana Askari obtained her PhD at the University of Manchester in visual anthropology. Among other things, she researched how future imaginations impact people’s planning decisions. She then worked at Andersson Elffers Felix (AEF) consultancy and the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Lana also holds a part-time affiliation with the Anthropology Department at the University of Amsterdam.
