C.J. (Caroline) Buser MSc

After obtaining her Bachelor’s degree in European Studies, specialising in Communication Management, Caroline Buser went on to obtain a Master’s degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology at VU University Amsterdam. Her earlier career included positions with the Residentie Orkest and the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Before joining the WRR, Caroline spent ten years working as a press and communications officer in the Dutch House of Representatives.
