Agnes Mooijman followed a secretarial training course at a senior secondary business and administration school and at the Schoevers secretarial Institute.
She subsequently worked at a number of organisations, including the insurance company De Zeven Provinciën, Mabon, De Hypotheker mortgage advisory service and the Dutch Ministry of Transport, Public Works and Water Management.
