Appointment of new WRR members in 2013
The Cabinet has agreed to a proposal from Prime Minister Mark Rutte to nominate two new members for appointment to the WRR. The two new members are Professor M. (Marianne) de Visser and Professor M. (Margot) Weijnen.
Marianne de Visser
Marianne de Visser (1950) is Professor of Neurology at the AMC Amsterdam and is also a member of the Governing Board of the Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research (NWO).
Margot Weijnen
Margot Weijnen (1957) is Professor of Process & Energy Systems Engineering at TU Delft University of Technology, and is among other things also vice-chairman of the Board of the STW Technology Foundation.
