Wendy Asbeek Brusse to leave the WRR
Wendy Asbeek Brusse, Director of the WRR, has been appointed Director of the Development Cooperation and Policy Evaluation Inspectorate (IOB) at the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She will take up her new post on 1 June 2015. The recruitment procedure for a new WRR Director will begin at the end of March.
Career
Dr. Asbeek Brusse has been Director of the WRR since 2009. Prior to that she worked as deputy head of department/senior advisor on policy development at the Integration and Communities Department of the then Ministry of Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment. From 1998 to 2007 she worked as a senior researcher at the WRR, and was involved in the creation of several WRR reports.
