'Wise before the event' is appearing on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the Netherlands Scientific Coucil for Government Policy (WRR).
This volume examines the contributions to government policy of think tanks in general and the Scientific Council for Government Policy in particular. How can the true worth of such institutions be measured and what problems arise in this context?
