Encapsulating services in the polder. The Bolkestein directive in Dutch politics
Webpublication 31 - J. Pelkmans and S. van Kessel
This paper focusses on the 'politicisation' of the draft Services Directive in The Netherlands. It addresses three research questions: one about 'embedding in Dutch society', one about 'legitimacy' and finally an attempt to construct a 'counterfactual'.
