Policy Brief
In this Policy Brief, the WRR appoies the ideas explained in its previous publication Making Migration Work to the case of Romanian and Bulgarian labour migrants. It also explores new insights that can help advance the public and policy debate concerning intra-European labour migration. On 1 January 2014, Romanian and Bulgarian workers gained the right to work freely across Europe. The justifiable concerns that have arisen concerning European labour migration need to be addressed, as do the untapped posibilities.
