Mathieu Segers appointed Professor of Contemporary European History and European Integration
Mathieu Segers, a member of the scientific staff at WRR, will deliver his inaugural lecture on Friday, 7 December, under the title ‘European Integration and its Vicissitudes’. The lecture marks his acceptance of the office of Professor of Contemporary European History and European Integration at Maastricht University. The inaugural lecture will be delivered in the St. Janskerk in Maastricht at 16.30 hrs.
Mathieu is working on the ‘European Public Tasks’ project at the WRR. In addition to his activities at the WRR, Mathieu is a Senior University Lecturer in European Integration and International Relations at Utrecht University.
